Z jednej strony chcemy mieć wszystkie dane pod kontrolą, z drugiej strony nie mamy czasu na uzupełnianie wszystkich danych w systemach. Moim zdaniem Sccot to pewnego rodzaju kompromis, pomiędzy bardzo złożonymi programami (wymagających dużego nakładu pracy, aby spełniały swoją funkcję) a ręcznym zarządzaniem i ofertowaniem. Daje możliwość przy niewielkim wysiłku i zaangażowaniu opanowanie całego bałaganu w małych firmach instalacyjnych. Sądzę, że wydatek 100zł miesięcznie szybko się zwróci w postaci zaoszczędzonego czasu i spokoju ducha. :)

Bardzo intuicyjna i prosta w obsłudze aplikacja do szybkiego ofertowania! Ma też inne funkcje jak zarządzanie projektami, katalogi usług itp. W przyszłości także fakturowanie ma być. Wszystko czego potrzebowałem w jednym miejscu. Mają świetny i bardzo szybki customer service! Bardzo polecam!

Aplikacja SCCOT jest fajnym narzędziem. Osobiście nie do końca wykorzystuję jej możliwości ponieważ posiada szereg funkcji napewno bardzo przydatnych ale akurat w mojej działalności nie koniecznie. Uważam, że to jest dobry produkt i z pewnością będzie jeszcze lepszy ponieważ zespół informatyków bardzo się angażuje i przyjmuje sugestie klientów.

Aplikacja naprawdę pomaga w ofertowaniu. Sporządzone wcześniej oferty, w każdej chwili można szybko zmodyfikować tworząc z tego kolejną nową ofertę. Poza tym oferuje szereg przydatnych funkcji gdzie można zbudować bazę klientów. Teraz nie zapominam o złożonych ofertach i zaglądając pamiętam aby przypomnieć o sobie klientom jeszcze nie zdecydowanym. Polecam

Od 2010 roku używałem wielu programów do ofertowania. Skomplikowane i złożone dedykowane wyłącznie do tworzenia szczegółowych ofert w czasie kiedy jeszcze działaliśmy na dużych inwestycjach. Obecnie 100% prac to budynki mieszkalne jednorodzinne, gdzie inwestorem jest klient indywidualny. Dlatego od 2013 roku całkowicie musiałem zmienić formę ofert, które składałem. Przewijały się różne programy, niekoniecznie udane, ale dawały radę. Tworzyłem oferty w arkuszach kalkulacyjnych, gdzie miałem wiekszą swobodę, ale tam są tylko suche dane i cyfry. Ja kupuję oczami, pewnie większość moich klientów również. W latach 2015 - 2018 moje oferty były tworzone w Wordzie, masa treści i zdjęć. A sama kalkulacja była podana klientowi w max 3 linijkach. Te oferty sprzedawały mi najwięcej usług. Problemem było i tak liczenie samej usługi, którą robiłem w arkuszu kalkulacyjnym wcześniej już do tego przeze mnie przygotowanym. W miedzy czasie usprawniałem działanie firmy, którą prowadził mój ojciec, wdrażałem ją bardziej w obecny cyfrowy świat. Miałem czarno na białym ile ofert jest tworzone, ile wygrywa, a ile przegrywa. Do tego opłacalność inwestycji. Bo nie zawsze przerzucenie 100 tysięcy złotych miało sens. Czasem więcej zarabiała usługa za 17-20 tys. W 2018 roku znalazłem w sieci edytowalne pdfy - prekursor obecnej aplikacji Sccot. To było rozwiązanie bardzo dobre, ale również miało swoje limity. Oczywiście arkusze kalkulacyjne pozostały.
Obecnie korzystam z Sccot od samego początku pojawienia się w sieci i nie mogę uwierzyć ile rzeczy jest tam na bieżąco wprowadzane. Naprawdę. Są nawet elementy, na które sam nie wpadłem, a myślałem że na ofertach zjadłem już zęby.
Oprócz samych ofert, co ważniejsze jest cały moduł poświęcony zarządzaniu zleceniami. Genialna sprawa. Wcześniej robiłem to w kalendarzu online, a i tak część drobnych rzeczy mi umykała. Tutaj nie ma takiej możliwości. Mamy wszystkie zlecenia na jednym ekranie. Wiadomo które są rozpoczęte, zakończone bądź do rozliczenia. Integracja notatek do każdego zlecenia. Po prostu wszystko w jednym miejscu. Ustalenia z klientem, materiał do zamówienia na dany etap prac. Całość można drukować jako formularz lub wysłać klientowi bezpośrednio mailem w pdf. Skoro sprawdza się w firmie instalacyjnej, która ogarnia cały dom od stanu surowego po uruchomienie pompy ciepła w wykończonym budynku - w każdej innej też powinno się doskonale sprawdzić.

Do I need a company to create an account?
You don’t need a company. If you provide services as an individual, or you’re only planning to start a business – you can create an SCCOT account as an individual.Can I give app access to more people?
Yes. In the STANDARD plan you can create up to 2 additional seats on your account. If you need more than 2 seats, write to us.What if I cancel my account later?
If you cancel SCCOT – you don’t have to do anything. If you haven’t purchased a subscription, no charges are taken and the account simply expires. If you decide to come back later, your account will be waiting with all the data you entered.
Can I make simplified quotes?
Yes, you can. In the app you can create both advanced and simplified quotes focused on products or services. You can also add so-called variants – extra options or alternatives to the base quote – to any quote. When creating quotes you can, but don’t have to, use ready-made own or system records.
Which operating systems does SCCOT work on?
The SCCOT app has no operating-system restrictions.
Can I pay for access by bank transfer?
Yes. You can pay for access once via online payment or a traditional bank transfer. If you’d rather not remember to pay manually, you can also link a bank card to your account – we’ll notify you of every upcoming charge.Can I create my own databases?
